This session at Amelia Earhart Park felt like stepping out of typical South Florida for a minute — rich, dark wood structures, real shade, and one of the few places where it actually feels like a forest. A family of four, plenty of space to move, and no pressure to stay still. The kind of setting that does half the work for you.


The kids ran, explored, disappeared for a second and came back again. We didn’t stop that — we used it. Natural textures, shifting light through the trees, little pauses in between the movement where we’d grab something more composed without forcing it. Just enough structure to anchor it, without interrupting what was already working.


Because when kids get to be kids, everything else falls into place. A mix of wild and grounded, movement and stillness — photos that feel like the place, the moment, and the family all at once.
